The more regular the fibers are, the lower the content of short fibers, the smoother the surface of the yarn, and the corresponding reduction in hairiness. This is similar to when girls braid their hair, long hair braids are always more neat and less frizzy than short hair braids.

成纱纱疵:排除纺纱过程中机械、环境、操作、工艺等因素对纱疵的影响。一般来看,随着长绒棉含绒量的增加,纱疵是逐渐减少的,这是由于随着长绒棉含量的增加,纤维平均长度变长、平均细度变细,纱线中纤维利用率高,抱合力增加,纺纱过程中浮游纤维较少,产生纱疵的机会就减少。
